How can I play Poker?
Playing poker is very simple, and you will find all the variants of competitive poker: Texas Hold'em, Omaha, Seven Card Stud, Telesina, 5-Card Draw, Soko, 2-7-3 Draw, Americana, 32-Card Draw and many daily and monthly tournaments.
Go to the Poker page, choose the version you prefer: DOWNLOAD or NO-DOWNLOAD, launch the program and wait for the game to load.
The first time you open poker, you will have to choose to play free. Just click on PLAY FREE. At this point sit at a table with at least one free space, and your poker account will be activated automatically.
Which version of Poker can I play?
Poker is available in two versions: DOWNLOAD and NO-DOWNLOAD.
The DOWNLOAD version works on Windows operating systems with the Java Runtime libraries installed. To use this version you must download the setup file and proceed with installation (which you only have to do the first time).
At this point the poker game icon will be available on your desktop, which you open by simply double-clicking the mouse.
The NO-DOWNLOAD version works on the following browsers: Internet Explorer 7 or higher and Mozilla Firefox 3 or higher. It is necessary to have the Java Runtime libraries installed on your operating system. To launch the game, login to the site with your usual username and password, choose the poker page and click on the NO-DOWNLOAD game icon. What type of computer do I need to play?
For the DOWNLOAD version we recommend a PC with the Windows XP or Vista operating system. For the NO-DOWNLOAD version you can use a PC with the Windows XP or Vista operating system or an Apple MAC with OSX.
I was playing when I was disconnected from Poker, how can I get back in?
If you should be disconnected while you play, the software will try to reconnect you automatically and bring you back to your place. In general you will remain disconnected for just a few seconds and you will be back at your game table in time for your turn. Given that at times the problem can depend on your provider, we recommend that you have a second provider in case the first one does not work. In any case you can perform the procedure manually as shown below.
In Poker, from the File menu on the upper left, click on File. Then click on Log in and you will be reconnected automatically. If you are asked to enter your username and password, remember that if you use the NO-DOWNLOAD version you only need to enter your usual username and password.
How do I play poker with real money?
To play poker with real money, simply access the cashier, click on transfer money to poker account. Enter the sum you wish to transfer to poker (you can transfer up to your maximum amount allowed for your player account) and click on confirm to proceed.
What types of poker tournaments are there?
When you feel like playing against someone else you can register for a tournament: both free and for money, the selection is vast.
There are Freeroll tournaments: where registration is free, but the prizes are in real money; Sit&Go: where you play as soon as the minimum number of registrants is reached; Satellite: to access the high category tournaments; Special: created for special events.
Remember that some tournaments are free while others ask for a registration cost that will be deducted from your available balance.
If you miss a tournament you are not entitled to any refund. The cancellation of a tournament must be done within the time periods indicated and according to the de-registration process which you will find in the poker game.
Can I try to play poker without making a deposit?
